Promptly is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This license is non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited to use on Apple macOS devices you own or control.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accuracy or completeness of outputs
  • System compatibility

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software
  • Any damages resulting from the content generated or modified using the Software
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • All content generated, modified, or processed using the Software
  • Ensuring you have the necessary rights to use any API keys or services in conjunction with the Software
  • Compliance with any third-party terms of service (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other AI service providers)
  • Maintaining the security of your API keys and preventing unauthorized access
  • Backing up your data and content

6. Third-Party Services

The Software integrates with third-party AI services. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
  • Any charges incurred through the use of third-party services
  • Any changes to third-party APIs or services that may affect the Software's functionality

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
